Hi Tove, welcome to our team!
Hello and thank you very much!
Why do you find it interesting to work with sustainability?
After watching Al Gore’s movie “An Inconvenient Truth”, the choice was easy. I decided there and then to work only on sustainability and to contribute to a better world. Because we don’t have time to do anything else if we, as humanity, want to remain on the planet in societies as we know them today.
What made you interested in nudging and behavioral science in the first place?
Every journey begins with a step. If we can facilitate that step, we can start a major movement towards a sustainable world. Nudges are there to do just that, to encourage that first step.
What added value can you bring to the organization?
I have extensive experience in sustainability work from both public and private organizations and most recently from civil society. I have held roles such as sustainability controller, sustainability manager and environmental engineer, which gives me an insight into our customers’ challenges. In addition, I have a large network of contacts in the business community and the public sector that comes in handy as Partner Relations at Nudgd.
Which is your favorite nudge and why?
The one with the fly in the urinal at Amsterdam airport reduces waste by 80%.
What do you do when you are not working?
I see family and friends, exercise or watch a TV show.
